Purpose-built for sticky and irregular products
Long, slender, sticky or tangle-prone products (noodles, pasta, pickles, dumplings and similar) do not flow across a standard vibrating tray. Kenwei's screw-feed multihead weighers replace the feed tray with a rotating screw mechanism that meters these awkward products gently and consistently into the weigh hoppers.
Where a vibrating tray would tangle noodles or smear a sticky pickle brine across the machine, a screw-feed mechanism carries product forward in a controlled, low-damage motion. Combined with the same high-precision load cells, intelligent multi-sampling and staggered discharge found across the Kenwei range, these machines hold their accuracy on products that would defeat a conventional weigher, all in a waterproof, easy-to-clean 304 stainless steel frame.

14-Head Screw-Feed Noodle and Pasta Weigher
Model JW-A14
Designed for soft, slender, sticky-with-water materials (fresh noodles, rice flour noodles, rice noodles, kelp and wakame) that would otherwise clump or break apart on a vibrating feed. The screw-type feeder delivers a wide, consistent flow while an anti-hanging discharge device keeps product moving cleanly out of each hopper.

14-Head Screw-Feed Weigher for Sticky Foods
Model JW-A14 · 1L Hopper
A close relative of the noodle weigher above, tuned for poor-flow, slightly sticky products such as mustard, pickles, small fish, chocolates, pastes and gummies. An IP65 waterproof case and 304 stainless steel construction keep the machine wash-down ready.
