Solutions for large fills and awkward products
For large-piece, heavy-fill or awkward-flow products, Kenwei builds a set of specialty linear weighers alongside the standard multi-lane machines: from ultra-simple 1 and 2-lane high-speed units for heavy granules through to belt-fed machines for delicate vegetables, salad and fruit, and dual-vibration systems for sticky, poor-flow ingredients.
Where a standard multi-lane linear weigher relies on light vibration to spread free-flowing product, these specialty machines change the feed mechanism entirely: gate-discharge hoppers for fast, heavy fills; belts instead of vibrating trays for produce that bruises easily; and dual main/auxiliary vibration plates that feed sticky, poor-flow material in two controlled stages. All retain 304 stainless steel construction and 7" touchscreen control.

1-Lane High-Speed Linear Weigher
Model JW-AX1
A dedicated large-fill machine for granular materials such as white sugar, salt, seeds and monosodium glutamate. A 6L anti-leakage bucket, gate-discharge mechanism and wind-proof Plexiglass door keep heavy, dusty fills fast and accurate across food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics applications.

2-Lane Belt-Feed Weigher for Vegetables, Salad and Fruit

Replaces vibrating trays with a gentler belt-type feed, letting fluffy or sticky produce (vegetable and fruit salads, fresh cut produce) flow smoothly without bruising or clumping. Patterned plate contact surfaces further reduce sticking.

Two-Layer Belt-Vibrate Linear Weigher
Dual Main / Auxiliary Vibration System
Built for products with poor flowability and slight viscosity (brown sugar and industrial salt) as well as fresh corn kernels, cauliflower, onion slices and other blocky, diced or stemmed vegetables and medicinal products. A double-vibration plate feeds in two stages: the main plate delivers material quickly, while the auxiliary plate tops up accurately, with independently gated discharge on each.
