Built for demanding products and environments
Some products need more than a standard weigh head: frozen goods that demand wash-down protection, fine particulates that must not leak past a hopper seal, or soft fruit and ice that break under normal vibration and impact. Kenwei's specialty multihead range, supplied by Autopac Systems, addresses each of these with purpose-engineered hopper and feed-tray designs.
These machines share the same combination-weighing core as the standard range but add engineering specific to the product or environment: IP66-rated wash-down enclosures for frozen and chilled food lines, deep U-shaped leak-proof vibrating plates for fine, free-flowing particulates, and softened, inclined-drop breakage-proof hoppers for fragile fruit, ice and snack products. All remain 304 stainless steel with touchscreen control, 100-recipe memory and CE/OIML/SGS certification.

14-Head IP66 Waterproof Weigher for Frozen Food

Purpose-built for frozen foods, deep-frozen products, frozen salads and other chilled, wet or icy goods that need frequent hose-down cleaning. An IP66-rated enclosure and integrated drying/dewatering device protect the electronics and load cells from moisture damage without compromising weighing accuracy.

Breakage-Proof Weigher for Fragile Products
Models JW-A10 and JW-A14
Fresh fruit, ice cream pieces, biscuits and peanuts all share one problem on a normal weigher: they crack, bruise or crumble under vibration and drop height. This range uses vertical baffles and inclined weighing hoppers to shorten the fall and cushion the product, plus a high-speed staggered discharge to avoid blockages.
