Simple, accurate, cost-effective weighing
Where a multihead weigher is not the right fit (lower throughput lines, larger or more delicate pieces, or simpler budgets) Kenwei linear weighers offer the same load-cell accuracy through a simpler, lower-cost single-line or multi-lane design. Autopac Systems stocks the range from compact 4-lane units up to 8-lane machines for higher-volume fruit and granule weighing.
A linear weigher feeds product down a series of parallel vibrating or belt-fed lanes, each ending in its own weigh hopper. The controller selects the lane combination closest to target weight and discharges together: the same combination logic as a multihead machine, but in a straight line rather than a circular head arrangement. This makes linear weighers simpler to maintain, gentler on delicate products, and a cost-effective option for small-to-mid volume lines. All models use 304 stainless steel food-grade construction, 7" touchscreen control and CE/OIML/SGS certification.
