About the standard multihead range
Autopac Systems supplies Kenwei's core range of multihead weighers, the workhorse machines behind fast, accurate net-weight filling across food, snack, produce, pharmaceutical and industrial packing lines. Available from 10 through to 20+ weigh heads, these standard machines combine step-motor precision, high-resolution load cells and simple touchscreen operation to deliver consistent, giveaway-free weighing at high speed.
Every Kenwei multihead weigher works on the same principle: product is fed into a set of independently vibrating feed trays, dropped into weigh hoppers fitted with high-precision load cells, and a computer-selected combination of hoppers is discharged together to hit the target weight almost instantly. More heads generally mean higher speed and finer accuracy, so the standard range spans compact 10-head machines through to high-output 18 and 20-head systems. All units are 304 stainless-steel construction, CE/OIML/SGS certified, and built around a step-motor drive with CAN bus and Modbus connectivity for easy integration with downstream baggers, VFFS machines and checkweighers.

10-Head Standard Multihead Weigher
Model JW-A10
A compact, entry-level multihead weigher with 1.6L or 2.5L hopper options, ideal for small-to-medium producers moving from manual or single-head weighing up to full automatic combination weighing. Widely used for candy, seeds, jelly, pet food, puffed snacks, nuts and frozen goods.

18-Head, 3-Layer High-Precision Weigher
Model JW-A18
A three-tier, 18-head machine built for high-speed weighing of granular, flaked and irregular products where accuracy at pace matters: melon seeds, peanuts, nuts, almonds, candies, potato chips and meatballs. The extra weigh head and triple-layer feed geometry push output well beyond a standard 10-head machine.

20-Head Twin-Discharge Weigher
Model JW-A20
Kenwei's largest standard-range machine, built with a dual-hopper discharge so it can run as one high-speed single-lane weigher or feed two packing lines from mixed or matched product simultaneously. Suited to high-volume snack, confectionery, dried fruit, frozen food, pharmaceutical (powders, tablets, capsules) and agricultural (seed, grain, fertiliser) operations.
