The AMD Z series mini grain sorter uses optical technology to sort grains by colour, size and shape. It is designed for small to medium-scale operations and can process about 1 to 2 tonnes of grain per hour. Compact one-piece moulding keeps the footprint small and service simple.
Z64 single chute
Ultra-high integration in a compact structure for seeds, nuts, rice, wheat and other grains where a full multi-chute machine is more than the line needs.
Z128 double chute
The Z128 adds a second chute on the same economical platform: fifth-generation FPGA smart chip, modular architecture, one-key intelligence, real-time online tracking, and a high-precision image processing system with dust removal and anti-breaking features.
